Think about pre-workout drinks for a second. What comes to mind? A sparkling tub filled with a neon blue powder called “Blue Razz”. What chemical concoction of “give me the shakes” is that stuff, anyway?
Pre-workout does not have to be reserved for the fittest of the fit nor should you have to guess on any of the ingredients that you’re fueling your body with. After all, when you think about the amount of time and energy you invest in your health and well-being, shouldn’t it be equally as important to fuel yourself with the same integrity and discipline as you put into the physical work?
While we see a lot of pre-workout on the market on par with the above, there are luckily products, too that are more attuned to people like you and me that don’t need to rip a wall in half as part of our workout and are looking for a simple boost of energy without the seemingly inevitable crash.
