Hi NOOMA Fam!
It’s been about a year since the bros went vegan. Something that surprised pretty much everyone on the team (given that after every meathead workout we’d see them inhale a balanced meal with meat). But being in the wellness world and always on a quest to better themselves, they were curious - “How would we feel on a vegan diet?” They decided to give it a try for a month...and here we are 12 months later. Still vegan!
They love how they feel. Sure, they might have a meal every now and then with animal protein, but 97% of the time they run on plants and feel damn good doing so.
The transition over to vegan wasn’t nearly as difficult as they thought it would be with the innovation in the natural food industry these days. Check out some of their favorite brands and recipes below!
Cleveland Kitchen
Gut-healthy, but even more taste-bud friendly.

More protein and fiber than chickpeas! (We still love chickpeas).
Miyoko’s Vegan Cheese
Dairy has met its match.

Haven’t met a Siete product we don’t like.

So many solid products. We love the brownie mix, banana muffins, and crackers.

We love their burgers.

We consume more of this than we like to admit. Name says it all!
